Step-by-step guidance for prospective students

Step 1:
To begin your journey, you may contact the admin office on 012 654 0579 or via email, admin@zwartkopcs.co.za to set up and appointment to meet with us and for a school tour. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about your family and for you to ask any questions.
Step 2:
You will be provided with all the application/ enrolment information.
Step 3:
Please ensure you meet our application requirements. Kindly provide us with the completed Enrolment Forms, signed Terms and Conditions with the all the required supporting documentation. Be thorough and honest while providing your information. Once completed, submit the Enrolment form, signed Terms and Conditions along with the required documents to admin@zwartkopcs.co.za to ensure your application is reviewed promptly.
Step 4:
Once we have reviewed your application, you will receive a provisionally approved notification via email. We aim to communicate our decision promptly to assist you in planning. Thereafter, confirm your enrolment by submitting the proof of payment for the required once off, non refundable deposit of R2000.00. This secures your child's spot for the upcoming school year where an acceptance email will follow thereafter.

What documents are required for admission?
To apply for admission, we will require the below documentation.

1. Copy of Learner’s Birth Certificate
2. Copy of Parent (s) ID Document / Card
3. Transfer Card from Previous School
4. Latest Report Card from Previous School
5. Immunisation / Clinic Card of Learner
6. Copy of Medical Aid Card
7. Proof of Residence (not older than 3 months)
8. E-mail: Proof of Payment (R2000.00 Registration Fee per Learner) - admin@zwartkopcs.co.za
9. Bank Confirmation Letter
10. 3 Months Banks Statements – Affordability Check (Person responsible for the account)

Do I get a discount if I enrol more than one child?
Yes, R500 Discount will be given per child per month for additional children.
Can I visit the school before applying?
Absolutely! We encourage prospective families to schedule an appointment with the office to get a tour of our school. All appointments can be made by contacting admin@zwartkopcs.co.za or 012 654 0579.
